Triptork Torque Wrench is an essential tool for any precision tightening of high tensile bolt and nut to pre-determined Torque. This enables achieving of safe and desired clamping loads. The extension of Torque Wrench is Torque Multiplier. There is a limitation as far as the Torque Wrench manufacturing is concerned because, higher the capacity, bigger and heavier the tools. Hence to reduce operator fatigue and enhance convenience, Torque multipliers are used to give a mechanical advantage of 5 – 25 times. Torque Multiplier simply multiplies the Torque inputs by 5 – 25 Times. The construction of Torque Multiplier involves an epicyclical gearing with reaction member. It is used in conjunction with a Torque Wrench.
